What to include in your email
- A short description of what you expected vs. what happened
- Your device model + iOS version
- Any screenshots that show the issue
Billing & subscriptions
Subscriptions are managed by Apple. To update your plan, cancel, or view billing status, open iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
Restore purchases
If you’ve purchased before and Premium isn’t showing, use the in-app “Restore purchases” option on the Upgrade screen.
Data deletion requests
If you want your data deleted, email support@embodiedwealthpredestined.com from the email address you want us to reply to, and include “Delete my data” in the subject line.
